At Gliss’n Hair, we know you’re ready for your hair moment — and we’re just as excited to get your order on its way.
Please review our Shipping Policy below for information about processing times, shipping timelines, delivery, and what to do if something does not arrive as expected.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your Gliss’n order packed and ready to glow.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Gliss’n Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, high-volume periods, or other events outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier before contacting us.
WHERE WE SHIP
Gliss’n Hair currently ships to all states within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We may not be able to ship to certain locations, including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or other restricted delivery locations. Shipping availability may vary and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Gliss’n Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glissnhair.com.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Gliss’n Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery details.
That said, we never want your Gliss’n experience to feel anything less than smooth. If you need help figuring out next steps, you can contact us at info@glissnhair.com and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@glissnhair.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us review your concern quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if applicable.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations, especially after the order has been processed or shipped. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@glissnhair.com.
RETURNS
Shipping-related returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy https://glissnhair.com/policies/refund-policy
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please review our Refund Policy or contact us at info@glissnhair.com before sending any item back.

We want you to love your Gliss’n, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with the cap still sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Your Gliss’n moment starts when your order arrives — so give it a quick check! If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right and keep your hair plans on track!!!!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some things just aren’t meant to make a comeback. For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, opened personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way to get your new Gliss’n pick is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item and keep your hair plans moving.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return makes its way back to us, we’ll give it a quick Gliss’n check and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just a heads up — your bank or credit card company may need a little extra time to process and post it on their end.
